Here is a quick video of this property we purchased in High Point, North Carolina. Nice property, three-bedroom, two bath. I see we have a lot of presents left for us. The family was relocating to California to take care of a mother who’s sick. They were going to move in with them, so they needed to sell fast and reached out to us through our website. Gave me a call, and we negotiated. Gave them a nice little chunk of money to go to California with and we got a nice property for a great price. As you can see, there’s a lot of stuff in here. Kitchen stuff, that food right there we’re going to be donating to a needy family. All this other stuff we will be donating to Goodwill. Toys, games, clothes, furniture, and a little bit of everything.
Take you through it. There’s one of the bathrooms. Pile of trash in a bedroom. A lot more toys in this bedroom. Go in here to the living room area. There’s a fireplace. Loft up top, I’ll take you up there. Brought a lot of this stuff downstairs. There’s still a little bit upstairs. Here’s the loft area. Actually, a kind of neat little area right here. You could make an office, or you do whatever you wanted with it. It’s about 1650 square feet, I think.
