Bret Arrington here in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I want to take you on a quick little tour here of this house we purchased. The Lady actually lived in California, called us from our website, www.webuygreensboroareahouses.com and needed to sell this house. She actually had a lease option on it for somebody to purchase and it fell through, didn’t work out, so she ended up calling us. She needed to sell it immediately. She was going out of town, actually out of the country. She runs a ministry and needed to sell the house. She’d already sold her house in California and needed to sell this house, so we came over and looked at it. Actually, probably two times came and looked at it and negotiated back and forth and eventually came to a price and purchased it. I don’t know, I guess about three weeks later, we ended up closing on it.

Nice house. About 3,800 square feet, like I said in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She was a very motivated seller. Needed to sell it quickly. So yeah, she’s one of those people. Think she was probably Googling, “Sell my house fast in Winston Salem, North Carolina,” and our website popped up. So like I say, a really nice house, about 3,800 square feet. We’re working on it now. I’m going to put a new roof on it, painting everything inside, refinish the hardwood floors, some new appliances, do a little bit to the kitchen and we should be good to go.
