I always do that on houses in this price range. This house went for 220k. Refrigerator’s staying. They wanted to keep the refrigerator, It came with the house when I purchased, So we negotiated that in the deal. I usually sell them, but they wanted it so we worked it out.

Paint. All this paint down here was this way when we bought the house. She had recently painted downstairs and she even left me to touch up paint, so we touched it up. All we did down here looks really nice. Not a bad color so we left it as-is. Upstairs we put carpet everywhere upstairs and up the steps. New paint all throughout the upstairs. It’s a four bedroom, two and a half bath. Painted all the ceilings. Ceiling fans were already up there. Left those, of course. I’ll take you over here. This is the master bedroom.
